Hi team,*When I tried to login account it says your account is no more active , do you want to reactive choose new plan **However in August I got email saying my account will be given same old unlimited membership plan from*October *th . I never get that back and *Still I am getting charged for movie pass every month **I tried to raise request but no one fixing issue *Than just closing ticket **I don’t understand why I am getting charged from last * months when I am not using card and you guys showing as my account not active ***I have attached proof of payment deduction and error message when logging in to app **I want my money back ASAP this done for * months *With out any usage my side ***My email id associated :******@***.com**Card number : **** **** **** ****
