I was supposed to receive an email from someone at MoviePass to email my ticket stubs that were purchased since the app was not working on Friday, July *. Both my husband and I had to purchase tickets.**Also, what's this nonsense with premium hours so I have to pay extra money to purchase my ticket now? It was not a *-D or upgraded movie, just a standard **:** PM movie. There's no rush or premium prices at **:** PM on a weekday.
GetHuman-sscaling did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
