MoviePass's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-oliviaab a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

I ordered a movie passas a gift for my sister-in-law and used her email *****@***.com. She says that when she received it, she changed her email to *****@***.com. She then forgot her password and attempted to change it - using both of those emails and both say they don't recognize user. Her card * is **** **** **** ****. I'm paying and she can't use it. I'd rather that this be corrected so she can enjoy it, but if not, then I want to cancel rather than waste the $$. It's being paid monthly on my Visa
