I went to the movie theater and used my movie pass and it was declined at the door, my husband was able to get in with his card but mine wouldn't work. Thought it might be because I didn't submit my last movie stub photo successfully, but it said it was successful, so not sure whats wrong. I have had to pay for * movies in the last * weeks. Please fix this or I will cancel my plan. I am trying to call customer service again but have been on the phone for ** min so far and yesterday it hung up on me said the volume of calls was too heavy so it just disconnected me.
