I have not been able to do the ticket verification since the process began almost two months ago. At first they would manually verify it, then got less and less cooperative, telling me I had to use the in app feature to do this - which has never worked. The last time I went to a movie it took my four days to get the ticket manually verified. It is clear they are not reading my messages in either the in app chat feature or on the MP ticket system and are using bots to disseminate standard platitudes and help files.
GetHuman757744 did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.

Don't gisve up, Keep hounding them for DAYS and you will eventually get past their boots to a human. They will blow you off, but keep trying and they will eventually give in and help you.
