Help with my MoviePass issue

I went to use my movie pass and it stated that I had already used seen the movie. I was not aware I could not see a movie but one time. I had to purchase my ticket and would like a reimbursement.
GetHuman-covertrc did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
I have an issue with MoviePass too
How GetHuman-covertrc fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-covertrc to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
