Had very bad experience **** Fort Mills Way Fort Mills S C.*I paid cash for room and my (Regions Bank), card was also charged.*I checked at the desk on Dec **, and was told the manger would have to take care of it. I also called today and spoke with the manger and she said the DO would have to take care of it because it's a new system and she didn't know how to refund** Lol.*She was very defensive when I asked her questions like " what time are you expecting the DO to come in.*I told her I will be contacting my bank and she told me to do whatever I needed to do. UNREAL!!!!!*Teresa Anderson along with the lady that created this mess should not be employed in positions for customers service.*I feel like I was got for a room twice and they kept the $$, I'm probably not the first guest they done this too.*I was there for a funeral ( dear friend) suddenly passed but my experience with this Motel * was worse than DEATH ( attending a funeral)*I will*Never stay again.*Leronne White*Patsy Collier
