Sleep ... I was on the road very late night and checked into the Bismark location and asked if I could get a extended check out time because I was traveling and needed to catch up on much needed sleep to continue on my trip. I was told I could have until *pm to check out the next day and I got a room with my son and dogs went to sleep. At **:** the next morning pounding was at my door houskeeping telling us to leave I told them I had extended check out and told them the whole check in story. They told me they knew that I was told that but they were not going to honor that. I was demanded to leave the room even after telling them I needed the sleep to continue to drive. I called headquarters and complained before it was even check out time that is documented. When the general manager called me today I was hung up on and offered $** for my problems and told she had to have her housekeepers done by *:** that day so we needed to be out of the room when I told her I have never been asked to leave a room BEFORE check out time. She said well I still got the room for ** hours which I did not because I checked in right before midnight and was asked to leave before **. I want all of my money refunded and I don't think that is even near enough for what your company put me and my family through. She really could have treated me properly today too and not said I will give you $** you spent ** hours in the room and hang up on me and interrupt and not listen to what happened. I didn't need her rude treatment after being kicked out of a room awoke from a sound sleep to being forced to drive again all the way home without sleep because I could not afford to get another motel room after that to get the sleep I needed. I'm disabled I really needed the rest for one thing and for another I could not afford to buy another night someplace else to get sleep so I had to drive without. This could have caused much more than a inconvenience what your people did to me. Being disabled I can't just awaken and function as I need to I need time to get my body awake I wasn't allowed that to happen much less even get the sleep I needed.* They had no right telling me when I checked in that I could have a *pm late checkout and let me get a room under false conditions then come the next day and wake me up BEFORE the checkout time and demand I leave the room immediately. I needed to plan my medication for waking up properly none of this could be done because of what happened it was alot more than early check out. I want to be compensated and I also want a apology from the general manager that gave me the $** and hung up on me that was supposed to call and explain things. I really don't care if she only has housekeepers until *pm it is no excuse for what happened to me! I have never been spoke to so rude by somebody that was supposed to explain things! I hope that coversation is recorded because it needs to be heard. There is only one positive thing I can say about the whole thing and I can only hope there is not a problem for her because she was the only decent respectful person out of this whole ordeal is the nice lady that checked me in. She was very polite and welcoming. I was so happy she granted extended checkout explained the area and could not have been any more helpful to us or polite. It was sure a ***% turn around the next day when the people came to the door. I can't believe a general manager would call a customer and hang up on them and especially after giving me $** after all I have been through? What kind of training is provided to treat a customer that way. I'm feeling pretty low today after this treatment ot has been a awful few days traveling with no sleep to be treated like this when you go to you for help about it???? I needed medication after waking and time for it to work before driving. I also needed sleep to continue to drive safe.
First of all instead of $**.** which I still have not got as promised and I don't know what good that is to me? I want the FULL price of the room refunded to me I didn't even get to complete my stay and had a horrific drive home and was lucky to make it safe as I could not afford another room elswhere to get the rest I needed my funds were spent on that room. You knowingly sent me out without sleep and not properly medicated and did not care. The only concern of Motel * was getting the rooms cleaned by *:** because that is as late as you had housekeepers which is why you said I got kicked out early. I deserve more than just my room credited for the amount I paid after what I have been through. I should be compensated for the suffering you caused and the anguish of trying to solve it with a general manager that said I will give you $**.** that is all you are getting you spent ** hours in the room (which I didn't because the room didn't get booked until midnight) and hang up on me as a solution afterwards when I called them too.
Stayed in Motel * the previous day with no problems gave a great review to Butte, Montana location. I just don't want to be told I can get rest in a room on a extended time like I need then actually be kicked out of a room before checkout time. Health concerns should be considered.
Yes talking to the general manager that said I will give you $**.** that is all you are getting you spent ** hours in the room. I did not spend ** hours in the room it was booked at midnight its documented. Nobody calls, emails or does anything about it not have I even got the $**.** that was promised yet.
