The issue in GetHuman-sdorell's own words
Front desk employee told me it was ok to come by Saturday at *am and I would not be charged for that Friday. I called in Friday morning and he assured me everything would be ok. Turns out that they charged my credit card anyway at *am. When I arrived at *am they told me refund would be processed. I stayed until Monday when the manager Mihir Shah at *** S. Beach blvd Anaheim CA ***** was available. She also re assured me that she would issue a refund for the $** and that her employee had given me the wrong information. Yet no solution was reached when I received a surprise email Tuesday morning that my refund was declined. Now she won’t take any of my calls. This is really bad customer service
