There was no remote no phone no ice bucket no towels etc. We had to make multiple trips to get everything we needed. Also the noise in this place was a little excessive and security should be enforced but isnt. I went to the manager of the hotel and he was nice at first but made me wait for ** mins to tell me that he's only giving me **%of the next nights bill when we agreed on *free night to make up for last. This was the worst experience I've ever had with motel *. I would like a comped room for tonight because I am homeless at the moment and I would like a decent night at a hotel whenever I have the money to pay for one.*They could make this right by giving me a refund. I wanted another night stay but after dealing with the manager I don't care to stay at this motel *.*This hasn't been fixed yet
