The...*Your customer service issue with Motel * from October *****The issue in your own words*I checked in last night around *** and got into our room and nothing was in there. There was no remote no phone no ice bucket no towels etc. We had to make multiple trips to get everything we needed. Also the noise in this place was a little excessive and security should be enforced but isnt. I went to the manager of the hotel and he was nice at first but made me wait for ** mins to tell me that he's only giving me **%of the next nights bill when we agreed on *free night to make up for last. This was the worst experience I've ever had with motel *. I would like a comped room for tonight because I am homeless at the moment and I would like a decent night at a hotel whenever I have the money to pay for one.*They could make this right by giving me a refund. I wanted another night stay but after dealing with the manager I don't care to stay at this motel *.*This hasn't been fixed yet
