Complaint-Checked into Motel * on **** which is my birthday also because we are located in zone a in Hampton and was advised to evacuate due to hurricane Florence. Got to the room the ac was leaking water all over the floor, attempted to call the front desk but the room phone didn’t work. Called from the cell and was told we could come get towels from the front desk to put down on the floor. Attempted to check the weather and the tv channels kept going in and out, attempted to use the free WiFi but it wouldn’t connect. Call front desk and was told the manager would be in the next day. The next day a guy came out and tried to fix the channels and signal but said it was a u set ground issue. No other rooms available. It was a very horrible experience overall.

Nope, the issue wasn’t fixed because I was told it was a under ground issue with the cable and WiFi. I requested for the hotel manager Mr. Patel to call me and yet no call. We checked out Saturday . I am going to contact corporate at this point.
