The room we checked into has bugs every where!!!! Nats*flies which is very unsanitary.The Tv doesn't work either because the remote batteries and when we tried to do it manually it did not function. My husband and I could not sleep the whole night due to the pests. We went to the front office to report the issues and ask for a refund and were told we don't do that here and to wait for the manager. Our checkout is at **pm and we were told the manager wouldnt be arriving until **am to **am. You can check my rental history here at the motel *. I visit ofently and for days at a time. My experience here at the hotel is usually a positive experience. Unfortunately this time ********-******** has been a very unpleasant experience. I would greatly appreciate remaining a valued customer as opposed to a lost customer! Like I said every experience at your motel has been a pleasant one with the exception of this stay!Thank you.
