On ********* I made a reservation for a smoking room at your Danvers Massachusetts location. The price was $*** for the night. When I arrived I was given a non smoking room. I then called the front desk they had me come down for a room change. The new room I was given was a smoking room however it was filthy trash was still in the room from the previous guest. I was asked to come down AGAIN for another room change, this room was fine. The next morning I called the front desk for a late check out the clerk told me I could have until **:**am. At **:** I was met with housekeeping banging on the door and yelling “check out time is **” I angrily yelled back “front desk said **:**” I have stayed at this Motel * plenty of times even recommended to others and I have never experienced such service. For $*** for the night I should’ve received much better service.. I am a general manager for a restaurant and I would never allow my guests to come in to a dirty table from the previous guests, that’s disgusting and a complete turn off to the establishment. At this point I feel a discounted rate should be applied to this night.**Thank you**Nina Jacobs
