I was traveling it buffalo to visit friends.*I reserved a motel * room in Amherst for August *. I had a reservation through my travel agency Egencia for August * ****.*I booked a second night August * for **.** at check in on August *. I was charged on my credit card for the second day.*The next day August * I was told they removed my stuff from my room and they said I did not pay for the day.*I had to pay $*** for the night. The hotel charge me $** and the $***.*When I went back to the front desk I showed the manager Amanda the information from my bank statement and she refunded me $**.*I find this hotel to be a total disgrace.*No one knows what they are doing they are rude and they violated my personal property.
