My daughter and I checked into the hotel in Williamsburg VA and it is so disgusting! The hotel is so run down that the outside upper floor walkways are sagging and in bad shape of repair! My sheets had cigarette burns on it! There were ants in my room and on the floor above me the people were constantly pounding or doing something! Me and my daughter could barely get any sleep. I called to complain and it slowed down for about an hour but then it picked back up again! The room smelled and the hotel seems like it is being used for transient people! The transient people looked at my ** year old and she felt very uncomfortable! After * nights of almost getting no sleep, we had to leave the hotel! I had asked for a refund of my last day and was refused! I will never stay there again! I have stayed at many of your hotels and this was the worst one ever! I should of looked at Yelp and would of known about the problems. I would like to get a complete refund for all * days.
