Good Afternoon,***I stayed at the Motel * in Essington and it was the worst experience ever. I checked in on June **th and the room was not clean and it smelled awful. I also noticed that the sheets and linens were not clean. When I asked the front desk person about it, she stated that the washer was not working for the sheets to be washed. I also asked about towels and I received the same response. There were also black flying bugs in the room. The bugs were also in the shower. When I mentioned the bugs to the front desk person, she replied that they are all over the place.***I had to purchase disinfects, sheets and towels to use for two nights there. I also had to disinfect the room like never before. I canceled my third night which is for tonight, because the place is atrocious. When I asked about my refund for tonight, I was told that it may take four days before it gets credited back to my account.***The experience at this location was horrifying!!
