My ** year old father John Vance who's been staying at Motel * in Altoona Iowa for over a month now. Because of a fire in his apartment. And because of this weekend being the *th of July weekend he had gone up this morning to the front desk and pay for another day. Anyway he was told the motel was completely booked up no rooms available. They ended up telling him to check before noon and see if there any cancelations. So that's what he did. He agreed to another room. Did not inform my dad it was $*** a night let alone it being a king size bed. A $*** a night!! And not being a suite too. And your motel doesnt even serve any kind of breakfast whatsoever. And moved my ** year old father to another room and doesnt mention at all its $*** a night. A ** year old man whos on oxygen and runs out of breath easily. I'm very upset about this. I would appreciate it if someone calls me thank you. ***-***-****
