Hello my name is golden Navarro and my stay at your motel has always been Pleasant And on June ********** it started out that way the ladys that check us in accommodating pleasant we booked the room by phone and was given a conformation number we made a special trip down to the motel to insure every thing went right and to make sure the room was paid for glad we did because s unforseen charge had been taken off the card so they SAID they hold the room for us why we went down the street to get the cash this was June ** around *,pm we we returned paid for room for June ** **** got receipts and left. came back on June ** early that morning and asked for early check in she said we'd have to wait and I said it my birthday and I would of liked to gotten some rest befor work she said ok and checked us in early June ** we went to room **** got some rest decited to stay sence I had Thur night off for my birthday went fishing instead sence check out wasn't until Friday **am cane back from fishing was planing to get dressed for dinner come back and make live to my boyfriend all night been planing be this special night for a long time was very really looking forward to and juzt as I was getting ready to jump into shower a knock at the door it was your night VB manager telling me I had to leave that I didn't pay for june ** night I showed him the same receipt the casher gave to me when I ask her for the receipt he said it didn't matter that I checked in to early and I had to leave he told me if I didn't that hed have me removed I was up set I told him I paid for june ** cas it was my birthday and I had rented the room only cas it was my birthday he said it didn't matter that the receptionist lady let us In early in on Thur June ** he the manager said it was to early even if it was Thursday I said if I would of known that I would if waited couldnt he talk to the lady that checked by me in he said if I didn't leave I wouldn't be able to check in on any other day I was gunna leave I started to cry I didn't known what to do it wasn't worth not being able to come back he said I had ** minutes to leave then he said I had to midnight that gave me s few hours so I start packing up my things and when he called to see if I had left when I answered I don't known what came over me after crying u p until then I asked if I leave I'm gunna be able to come back he said no then I said then I'm gunna stay sence I payed for it my birthday ended up with me crying being threatened laid in bed didn't want my birthday dinner didn't want to make love with my boyfriend just laid in bed waiting be for security to knock and remove me cleaned up version room and was out by check out time no one knocked or removed me the manager wasn't to mean exsept not believeing me even with receipt that lady gave me I didn't do anything wrong I apappreciate the lady checked me inin early and was even gunna call and give good review to her manager but if I would of known THEY was gunna ask me to leave in the middle of the night on my birthday June ** making me feel like I did something wrong when all I did was picked your motel to celebrate my birthday payed showed up the day of my birthday and was insulted told to leave after I already paid I dont to be black listed I didn't do any thing wrong I want my birthday back a night with out disruption no for my pain and suffering two maybe even three night I laid in bed shacking not knowning what worse could happen my name is golden l Navarro **** la Verne Ave Oakland ca my phone is ********** I work up at safeway redwoods road my email is *****@***.com*Thank you for LETING me tell you I appreciated
