We checked in to the motel * in middleburg heights ohio and was given room *** as soon as we entered the room it was very hot due to the fact that the air conditioner wasn't working properly so we tried to over look that an deal with it and jus opened the door to let air in. Then after using the bathroom we find out the toilet doesn't flush ..then the water pressure was so poor and was barely heating up..on top of all that the floors were filthy..so we tell the front desk and they move us at **** midnight to another room only to open the door to find a wad of bloody toilet paper in the toilet and piles of dirt behind all the doors as if the cleaners jus swept everything behind them instead of using a dustpan to pick it up.also the curtain on the window wasn't hooked on one side and falling off the rod...all in all I want free nights or a refund for all this! This is very unacceptable!
