Today at *:**pm I checked into a motel * Located on Palmdale Blvd. In Palmdale California. There were little children running around by the door and people hanging out outside the door of my room.*I asked the clerk to move me to another side of the motel she did but the same thing was happening again out side that motel room so I asked for my money to be I told her that it was not yet a full hour when I stepped into the office lobby and I was checking out the Motel had to much negative activity going on there and i was leavening. I wanted about ** minutes in the lobby before she had told me that I waited to long before coming back to check out she said that it had been over an hour but thats not true it was *:**pm when I had spoke with her and I told her that I had just waited ** minutes while she took care of the other people in the lobby. she called her boss and he never got on the phone to talk to me and she had placed my card on the opposite side of her counter and told me that there was nothing that she could do for me but give me another room located somewhere else in the same motel.*This is wrong for motel * to treat there customers wrong like this people want to be able to enjoy a room without having the noise of children and adults making noise right out side there rooms and causing problems. I want a full refund back on to my credit card.
