I was renting a extended stay room at Motel * in Kalamazoo off Sprinkle Rd for * weeks. Then Sunday night I was told by the front desk that I need to come and sign a paper. When asked what this was pertaining to and I was told that this was pertaining to motel * decided not to do extended stay after June **, ****, because they have migrant workers whom so called reserved these rooms a year ago. They front desk never made any of the extended stay aware of this so called year reservation. Then I found out the truth which was that these migrant workers had reservations at another motel and that motel backed out so the staff at motel * accept them and put out all extended stay customers June **th. This was very poor customer service and very upsetting to extended stay customers. Because once the staff failed to let extended stay know that they only had to June **th to be accommodated for extended stay. And because they didn't they should've honored extended stay no matter who came. I feel this is also race discrimination by putting out one group of people for another race of people making all these value customers homeless again after taking their money.
