We are staying at your cocoa beach location .checked in may *th, paid for *week. My husband,along with several other men with his company are staying here for a job . On Monday afternoon,I took our small grill a distance away to grill out. When we were finished,I brought the grill back and sit it out of the way next to our room. The next day, we could not locate our grill. My husband walked to the office to let the gentleman working that our grill was taken. The young gentleman was very nice, before he could finish his sentence, a woman named valarie Zaragoza, stated in a very rude and down right hateful tone, we don’t allow grills here. My husband then said, we didn’t know but it doesn’t excuse the fact our grill was taken. By that time,he saw it sitting by the trash can at the office. Ms. Zaragoza then told him that anything left on the walk way belonged to her. My husband then stated to her that it was our property and taking it was considered theft. Ms. Zaragoza then ,in a very loud , rude voice told him she would kick us out without a refund if he said anything else..he just walked back to our room. We travel all over the United States for his work and stay at different motels. In all these years, we have never encountered anyone so rude and unprofessional as ms. Zaragoza. I’m very surprised a company as large and well know as yours, have someone employed in your company that conducts and represents your company in such a bad light. We will never stay at this location again and probably any motel *. After speaking with my husbands co workers, they will not either as she was extremely rude to one of them also. I sincerely hope you will address this issue . I would never continue to have an employee with Ms Zaragoza attitude and demeanor work at my company. Thank you, Judy crook
