We stayed at one of the motel * in Corpus Christi, it was a howard johnson in march when i booked this hotel. On arrival we find out there will be no breakfast then when we went to shower there was no pressure so only one of us showered, then the shower head fell off and hit my friend in the head. Then we couldn't even sleep there was people and kids running on the *rd floor....i stayed in number ***. The proper steps were not taken to inform us of the hotel change in order to change reservations. I did contact the desk manager April and she refused to help me out and only reimbursed me for the *nd night....which is the night I did not stay. Very upset about this entire situation....this was my wife's birthday weekend.
