I sent money to a family member and they could not receive the money because the receiving agent said that her name was hyphenated and could not give the money. So I called moneygram customer service and explained the situation to the agent and he told me that he could not add the hyphen and the agent just had to call them and everything would be fine. This was not through because my family member still could not receive the money. So I then had to cancel the transaction and resent the money. My family member receive the money but the first transaction money was not returned to me. I would like my money back into my account today since this has been * days. I have been a long time customer and I should not have to beg for my own money back.*email. *****@***.com*Alicia Roberts
