I was trying to purchase minecraft premium with the account *****@***.com. After continuing the purchase, the website said there was an error but still made the discount to my bank account. The same thing happened twice, meaning that I spent the value of minecraft premium account * times on trying to purchase. **The bank account is from Bancolombia, a bank form Colombia. I reached out to the bank service and they told me that the transaction was effective ans completed and that I needed to contact the enterprise were the purchase was made. When contacting microsoft service they told me that there was no registration regarding the purchase of minecraft premium from the account: *****@***.com **Right now I am waiting for a voucher that the bank is doing to prove the transaction. I have no idea what to do at this point so any information is recieved. Thanks for the attention.
