I bought Minecraft with the email [redacted] The account is under a family plan connected to my ex's account due to unfortunate circumstances. He is currently under a restraining order, preventing him from granting us access to our recent purchase. I am in need of either removing the game from the family account or receiving a refund to create a new account. I am unable to provide parental access as my ex has restricted it, hoping to make us reach out to him. My main aim is to enable my son to enjoy playing Minecraft.

I am having trouble accessing my Mojang account from a computer that someone I authorized to use it. Unfortunately, I forgot the security questions. I tried to change them by following the instructions in the email link sent to me, but it just redirects me back to where I started. I am unable to log in to my Mojang account because I do not remember the security questions. Is it possible that the email link is incorrect? Please advise.

When I purchased Minecraft Java Edition on Windows 10, I entered my credit card and received an error message during the purchase. Despite the error, €23.95 was still charged to my account. My friend mentioned that I should receive an email, but I have been waiting for a long time and haven't received anything to download the game. My friend suggested checking if I had my Microsoft profile set up before downloading it, which I did. I made the purchase from the official website and I need help. I purchased Minecraft from the official website, but encountered an error during checkout. My friend mentioned that it's normal and that I should receive an email to download the game. After payment, I selected a nickname and password, only to realize that it simply changed the name and password of the existing account linked to email [redacted] instead of creating a separate additional account. I believe I made an error with a recent purchase for my daughter. I mistakenly bought and installed Minecraft Windows 10 Master Collection, when I intended to purchase Minecraft Java Edition. Given that they are similar games, I see no reason to have spent €49 on what is essentially the same game.
Could you please advise if there is a way to exchange our most recent purchase, Minecraft Windows 10 Master Collection, for Minecraft Java Edition?

Good morning, I am reaching out about an issue with the Minecraft app on my cell phone. Due to a problem with my phone, I had to delete the app. When I reinstalled it and entered my account information, the worlds I had before deleting it were no longer there. I am experiencing an issue with a Minecraft game I purchased. There are 6 transactions of €23.95 each on my bank statement for buying the game, but I encountered errors on the official Minecraft purchase page. These errors led to the same payment being processed multiple times. My bank assured me that the charges won't go through unless authorized by your company. I have attached the bank statement for reference. Please cancel these duplicate charges as I have not received the game due to errors on your purchase page. I have confirmed that my laptop meets all the technical requirements for downloading the game.

I joined the Windows 10 beta, played a bit, then unenrolled. However, even after deleting and redownloading Minecraft, it still shows the beta version and won't let me access the current release. I've followed all the steps recommended by the Insider Hub but can't seem to leave the beta. I've tried re-enrolling and waiting days before redownloading, but the issue persists. Microsoft couldn't help, and despite reaching out to Mojang and sending multiple tickets, I've only received automated responses with no resolution.

Yesterday, I tried to purchase Minecraft Java Edition with a Visa card. I encountered an error prompting me to try again or use a different card. After trying about four times and still facing the same issue, I decided to stop. Today, I woke up to find that I had been charged four times even though I don't even have the account. I recently purchased Minecraft Java 1.16.2 for my PC a few days ago. Since this morning until now (from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm), whenever I attempt to launch the game, it loads halfway then crashes consistently. Despite uninstalling and downloading it again three times, clearing my cache, and updating my computer, the issue persists. I've checked my files for any issues but found nothing. This problem is new as I had no trouble playing for the first 2-3 days without any issues. Suggestions about my video card being inadequate or outdated don't make sense since the game ran smoothly before this started happening today. I understand it's not Microsoft or Mojang's fault, but it's frustrating to have spent $26 on a game that now won't work. I sought help from the Minecraft Discord, but unfortunately, no one could identify the problem despite our efforts.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my premium account. I cannot change my skin using the launcher, although I am able to do so in-game. Additionally, I am unable to access premium servers due to an error message stating, "Failed to login: The authentication servers are currently down for maintenance." I suspect this problem may have occurred because I redeemed Minecraft during a period when the servers were undergoing maintenance, as I received a notification about the maintenance immediately after redeeming it.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Minecraft account. After being logged out, I am unable to log back in. When attempting to do so using my Mojang account (I have a recently created Microsoft account attached to the same email due to recent confusion), the system indicates that either my email or password is incorrect. Despite requesting an email to reset the password, I have not received it (I have checked my spam folder and other email accounts as well with no success).

I am part of a realm with my friends, and there are 5 players in total. None of us have been able to access it for a week now, despite my friend paying $14.99 a month for it. It's frustrating that we can't enjoy the realm he's paying for.

Today I purchased the Java version of Minecraft, but when making the payment, I received an error on the website stating that I had entered the bank details incorrectly. However, the payment went through on my bank account even though I didn't receive the game or progress to the next payment step. I tried purchasing it again, and encountered the same error. I request a refund of the 47.90 euros.

Hello, I am facing an issue with Minecraft. It's hard to explain. My younger cousin purchased the game, but now it's not working. When I try to register with a Microsoft account, it asks me to buy the game again, even though it was already bought. His dad has the order receipt, but we don't have the Mojang account details. I purchased Java and Bedrock editions a while back. My desktop is currently out of order, so I'm using my laptop to play. After re-downloading Java and signing in with my Microsoft account, the game only offers me the demo version. I originally played using the account Toaster7562 on my desktop, and I logged into the same account on my laptop. Instead of letting me access the full game, it only provides the option for the demo. I am confident I can provide proof of purchase if necessary. All I want is to enjoy the versions of Minecraft that I already paid for.

I have been playing on my friend's realm without any issues until a couple of days ago. Suddenly, my account keeps getting disconnected from the realm, causing it to roll back to the moment I joined. The disconnections happen randomly, with no specific error message, just saying "disconnected from server." Interestingly, this issue only happens with my account, as others on the realm (including a test Microsoft account) have not experienced any problems. When I disconnect, it also affects everyone else on the realm, rolling them back as well. I have tried different devices and Wi-Fi connections, ruling out any issues on my end. It seems like the problem is specifically with my account and this particular realm, as my account works fine on other public servers.

Four days ago, on January 26, [redacted], I reset my password after suspecting unauthorized access to my account. After the reset, I encountered issues with resetting my password again. Despite attempting to restore my password through the Minecraft website, no email notifications were received. It seems that both my password and email may have been changed without my knowledge following a successful breach. I am unsure if this issue lies within the account system or my email. I am the original account holder and eager to regain access to Minecraft/Tekkit. Looking forward to resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.
