I'm having trouble accessing my son's account due to login issues. There seems to be an issue with receiving the emails, as they are not in the spam folder. Contacting the help desk only results in receiving a generic response outlining steps I have already taken multiple times. They require a "transaction ID" from a purchase made 5 years ago to verify the account, which is unreasonable to expect customers to have kept for so long. This lack of alternative contact options and reliance on outdated information for verification is frustrating, especially for a product aimed at children. It is disappointing that the company does not offer better customer service solutions for when automated suggestions fail to resolve issues.

Hello there, I recently purchased Minecraft Java Edition after playing Bedrock for over 2 years. I decided to give Java a try and downloaded the installer, logged into my account, and started playing. I am currently experiencing difficulties accessing my Mojang account. Even though I recently reset my password, I am not receiving the email to do so again. I am a member of the special needs community. While I am not visually impaired, I struggle with sensory issues that make playing Minecraft with the default texture unbearable due to the graininess causing severe headaches. Previously, the hattoricraft texture pack met all my needs, but since the nether update, it fails to load consistently and now doesn't load at all, crashing the game upon entering. I am currently exploring options for a refund or a solution to this issue. In the meantime, I have resorted to using the Chinese garden texture pack, although it still triggers headaches as it is similar to the default texture. I reached out to both Nintendo (as I primarily play on the Switch Lite) and Mojang about two weeks ago but have not received any response from either company yet.

Today, I purchased Minecraft Java Edition and successfully redeemed the code. On attempting to download the Minecraft launcher using the provided link, I discovered an account already in place using my name as the username, which I don't recall creating. Regrettably, I am unable to recall the password for this unexpected account. Although I tried to log in using my Gmail Mojang account, I was prompted to access the premium features through the account with my username. I haven't logged into Minecraft since the middle or beginning of November. Yesterday, my cousin wanted to play Minecraft with me. When I tried to log in, it said I was banned without any explanation of why or for how long. I haven't violated any rules on Minecraft because it's just a game. I believe I might have been reported by my friend during a building challenge for using white blocks, which he falsely labeled as racism. My Gamertag is RayGamer479. Wenn er versucht, den Microsoft Launcher zu öffnen, wird er zur Anmeldung aufgefordert, aber trotz mehrerer Versuche funktioniert dies nicht. I am facing an issue with Minecraft Java Edition. Initially, everything was fine after I bought it, but then it started deteriorating. The app stopped working, but now I can access it. However, it prompts me to login with my username and password, which I enter correctly. Strangely, it keeps saying the details are incorrect even though I can log into my Minecraft account online using the same credentials. I have a suggestion to share.
While talking with my friends about Minecraft, one of them mentioned finding a wandering trader at diamond level which sparked an idea.
Lost Miner Villager:
Imagine a villager lost in the cave systems for a while. If you guide it to safety, you could opt for payment in emeralds/diamonds or assistance with mining.
Lost Forager Villager:
A villager lost in the woods could discover valuable items you wouldn't find otherwise. Rescuing this villager might result in occasional rewards of foragables.
Feral Jungle Villager:
These villagers from jungles could be aggressive, taking your things to their hut. Defeating them is necessary to retrieve your belongings.
Lost Nether Villager:
A villager who mistakenly entered the nether could be saved. After returning, they could interact with other villagers, sharing tales of the nether's horrors.
I hope the developers consider adding these ideas in an upcoming update!

Hello, we purchased Minecraft about four to five years ago. We can play it on an iPad but only offline. On my MacBook, we used the account Izzy_Wiz associated with either [redacted] or [redacted] to play online with friends. We haven't logged in for one to two years, and now none of the accounts recognizes our purchase. Concerned about losing our created worlds if we purchase the game again, we are eager to recover our online account to play with friends. When attempting to access servers on the iPad, we are stuck in a loop where it prompts us to confirm our email with a code, but after entering the code, we are returned to the game without server access. Logging in on the MacBook does not reflect our ownership of Minecraft on any of our accounts.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Minecraft Mojang Account. Last week, my email account was compromised, and shortly after, my email associated with EA Origin was altered, and all my emails were deleted. I suspect that since I used the same password for both platforms, my Minecraft account might have been affected as well. Despite not logging in for six months, I never received any notification from Mojang regarding suspicious activity. I attempted the "forgot password" option three times but have yet to receive any emails confirming the existence of an account linked to my email.

On December 27, [redacted], I purchased the game Minecraft for PC, Windows 10 version, for my son. I made a mistake because he wanted to be able to play online with his friends. Therefore, after creating a Microsoft account for my son and installing the Windows 10 version of the game, I bought the Java version to play online. Initially, I installed the Minecraft launcher and purchased the game while setting up a Microsoft account. Despite making the payment, the game did not reflect in the launcher and continued to show "play demo." I attempted to rectify this by restarting the app multiple times without success. Subsequently, I created a new account, assuming I had not made the payment correctly, and underwent the purchase process again, which this time resulted in the game being accessible. However, upon reviewing my bank statements, I discovered that I had paid for the game twice. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the details of the initial account to access it. I wish to resolve this issue as I do not wish to pay twice for the same game. Any assistance on how to address this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to buy Minecraft premium using my account [redacted] Following the purchase, the website displayed an error message, yet still deducted the amount from my Bancolombia bank account on two occasions, essentially charging me twice for one Minecraft premium account. I contacted Bancolombia, who confirmed the transaction but advised me to contact the vendor.
