Hello,
I'm having trouble accessing my Minecraft account. I created it around 10 years ago and always used the username G3ck0_Pr0 and my password to log in. However, since I haven't played in a while and have since changed laptops a few times, my password isn't automatically saved in the Minecraft Launcher. Since the account is so old, I can't remember the password. I'm not sure if this is related to the recent account Migration, as my account is quite old and hasn't been used recently. I'm not certain if I linked an email to my account, but if I did, it would be [redacted], which I no longer have access to in order to reset my password. My current email is [redacted], the one I'm using to contact you now.
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Max Heckel

I am currently experiencing issues with Minecraft Bedrock Edition on the Switch. Approximately a week ago, I encountered a problem with accessing the marketplace on my Switch account, which has persisted even after logging out of my Microsoft account. All the packs I owned have disappeared, and I am receiving a standard error message with the error number -2. I have tried various troubleshooting steps like resetting the console, checking for corrupted data, and creating a new Microsoft account, but none of them have resolved the issue. I am unsure of the meaning of error number -2 and haven't found a solution online. Thank you for any assistance provided.
(Additional note: The error number is NEGATIVE TWO, but it appears as an asterisk on this site for some reason.)

Yesterday, I purchased the Java version of Minecraft on the official website using Paysafecard. However, I haven't received it yet, and I'm only able to play the demo version. I didn't receive any code or confirmation email, and the money I paid is gone. On my profile, it still shows that I haven't purchased the game. I used a Microsoft account to log in. I can't cancel the order, and sometimes it says, "Your order is being processed. You'll receive an email once the process is complete," but I haven't received anything since yesterday at 12 o'clock noon. I would really appreciate it if you could help me; otherwise, I would have lost my money without receiving the game.

I discovered a pillager outpost and eliminated the individual responsible for triggering the raid effect in villages. Upon returning to my village, the effect dissipated, and no raid commenced. I journeyed extensively for a total of many hours, expended resources, including diamond armor, in vain attempts to instigate the raid to no avail. I believe that a raid should be initiated in the same world.

I bought Minecraft Java Edition and followed the instructions. However, every time I try to play the game after downloading it, I only see the trial option. I attempted to purchase it twice; once using my son's email account, which I can't access, and once with my own email address, but neither worked. I spent over £35.00 on this and now I'm left without the full game to play. I would greatly appreciate assistance with this issue. Thank you.

Hello,
I have followed all the suggestions provided, but I am still unable to access my Minecraft account. Despite entering my email and last password, I keep receiving an error message indicating "invalid email or password." I even waited for 30 minutes and tried again with no success.
I also attempted to reset my password as advised, waited 24 hours as recommended, but I have not received any email to reset my password. The option to report not receiving an email leads me to an IT incident log where I received an automated response without a reference number, and no further assistance after replying.
I have provided the code received upon purchasing the game: D9Q2V-3PQPF-TVW7T-R67VW-F2M9Z. I am struggling to reach out for help and would appreciate a refund if the issue persists.
My username is SteveyPDog.

Hello,
Since the last Minecraft update, there have been issues with my son's account. I am a player too and haven't encountered any problems with my account. In April, I bought a Realm world that we've spent countless hours playing on. I made my son an administrator after purchasing it, allowing him to manage friends. However, after the update, the Realm world disappeared from his account. We couldn't even log in, so I had to repurchase Minecraft; he was only able to access a test version. I hope to get a refund for the previous purchase, but most importantly, I need help restoring his access to the world. I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Anette from Norway

I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
I am reaching out regarding my recent purchase of Minecraft as a birthday gift for my sister. As an experienced player of the game, I aimed to share this enjoyable experience with her. Unfortunately, I mistakenly associated the purchase with my personal Microsoft account instead of hers. I have an older Mojang account that I intend to migrate when the opportunity arises, but I am unable to do so with my current Microsoft account.
I am inquiring whether it would be feasible to process a refund and transfer Minecraft from my Microsoft account. This way, I can receive a refund and repurchase the game for the correct account, my sister's, enabling me to eventually migrate my account as well.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

About a month ago, there was an issue with my Minecraft game. Around the first 10 days of July, there was an update that lasted for two days. After the update finished, I kept getting kicked out of the game. When I tried to play again, it wouldn't work, and it seemed like my entire Minecraft game was deleted. Now, all I have is the Xbox One edition with just the tutorial. All my worlds and progress are gone, even though it still shows that I have both versions of the game. I initially installed the Xbox One edition digitally about two years ago, so it's confusing why my Minecraft game seems to have deleted itself and won't let me play anymore. Although the game is in my library, I can't progress past the red Mojang screen.

**Home Screen Issue**
I am Springbonnie977, and I am experiencing a glitch on the game's home screen. Upon loading, the home screen displays a pink and black pattern of squares, while the settings screen appears entirely pink. Despite having already unlocked the full game, there is a prompt asking me to unlock it again. Clicking the button redirects me to the Google Play Store with the options to uninstall or open the game. I have attempted to resolve this by reinstalling the game multiple times, but the issue persists.
I reached out to Mojang on June 22, [redacted], to report this bug but have not received any updates. I am eager to resume playing Minecraft and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter.

After contacting Microsoft Customer Support, I verified that my Microsoft Realms subscription has been canceled. Despite this, I received an email from Mojang indicating that they attempted to charge my credit card on file on August 3rd, [redacted], but were unsuccessful due to insufficient funds. I am concerned about being charged for a subscription I have already canceled. I seek confirmation that I will not be billed for my Minecraft Realms subscription this month, as I canceled it in July [redacted].

Hello! I'm a big fan of Minecraft. Recently, I bought the game for the first time and realized that gift cards are only available for certain countries. As a pre-adolescent from Peru, it has been challenging to purchase the game without a credit card. I tried to find a gift card to redeem Minecraft Java in Peru, but unfortunately, they are not available. Since Minecraft is moving to Microsoft accounts, I was wondering if they could create a new gift card that is accessible in all countries where Minecraft is available. This would help not only me but also my cousins and friends who don't have credit cards. Hopefully, Mojang or Microsoft can consider my suggestion. Thank you for listening. Goodbye!

I purchased a Minecraft Java Edition code from Amazon for $28 to use on my Windows 10. After entering the code on the "Redeem" page at minecraft.net, the download did not begin. I tried entering the code again after restarting my browser, but it stated that I already owned the game. Despite this, I am unable to locate the game. The tutorials I've seen suggest downloading the "Minecraft Launcher," but all I am getting is a demo version. Where can I find the full game?

Hello,
I purchased Minecraft for PC (Java Edition) in January [redacted] from Amazon, which provided me with an activation key. We installed the game, and my son was able to play without any issues on his PC using a Mojang account. I had to migrate the Mojang account to Microsoft as the game prompted me to do so. I received a confirmation email from Mojang stating that the migration was complete. However, when I log in to Minecraft.net via Microsoft, the game does not appear, and when I launch the Minecraft launcher, it says my account has migrated. My son is unable to play now. I contacted Minecraft via email, and they advised me to reach out to Microsoft. I spoke with Microsoft on the phone, provided the game's activation key, and they mentioned that there seems to be an issue with it. I accidentally blocked my son's game access during the mandatory migration. I am frustrated and confused. Thank you for your assistance.

I am experiencing difficulties trying to purchase Minecraft for download. A recurring error message prompts me to verify payment information and retry. In an attempt to resolve this, I have already consulted with my bank, confirming no issues on their end. The payment does not seem to be reaching the bank at all. I diligently enter my credit card details, expiration date, and CCV, then proceed with the verification by receiving a code via email or phone, which I enter accordingly. Upon submitting the code, the error message persists. Despite multiple attempts over the past two nights, the issue persists. I also attempted troubleshooting by clearing cookies and browsing history to no avail. Any insights or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Symmo

I have been playing Minecraft for years. In January, I decided to cancel the game but later changed my mind. When trying to reinstate my account, I found it was now assigned to an Xbox with a name I don't recognize, linked to my email. Despite not owning an Xbox, I couldn't use the account and eventually bought a new copy. Recently, Microsoft told me to migrate, which only moved the Xbox account, ignoring my original account. I can't access game features tied to the non-existent Xbox account. Mojang is billing me for Realms connected to the Xbox account I can't use. I want the Xbox account closed and all features associated with my current account. Please assist in closing the Xbox account, consolidating to a single usable account.

I recently linked my Minecraft account to the email address provided. After playing for a while, I encountered an "invalid session" error, which is common for me. I then closed the game and reopened it to log in again, but my password was not being accepted. When attempting to reset the password via email, no reset email was received for my Minecraft account. I checked multiple email addresses to no avail. I find it puzzling why this occurred, especially since I used the same Microsoft email for my Mojang account and even tried my Microsoft account password to no avail. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

On October 24th, we bought the game Minecraft Java Edition from the official Minecraft website. During the payment process, there was an error on the page after we finished the payment. We initially thought it was a mistake in entering the card details so we verified the card information and tried a second time, but again an error occurred. We received a notification to contact our bank. When we called, we were informed the payment was debited twice, yet the game was never downloaded, and we did not receive any email with details. Could you please advise us on how to download the purchased game and how to request a refund for the extra payment? Thank you.

I encountered an issue while trying to download a skin for Minecraft. In order to access it, I signed into my Minecraft account but encountered a problem. It seems the account may be linked to my grandfather, who purchased the game for me, even though I have been using it. I decided to play without the skin, but now Minecraft prompts me to sign in with my account, which I did. Unfortunately, I noticed that all my Minecraft worlds were missing. I use an Amazon Fire tablet 9th gen and have tried restarting it, but the issue persists. I am desperate to retrieve my months of work on my builds. Kindly assist me. You can reach me at another email account: [redacted]

I used a gift card to buy the Minecraft Starter Collection for Windows 10. The gift card was redeemed for the purchase, but the game keeps prompting us to buy it again when we try to open it. This has happened before when I used my debit card for the purchase. This is the third time I've paid for this game. I would appreciate any assistance in launching the game or getting a refund either to the gift card or a new one. My daughter loves this game and is upset that we can't play it even though we've paid for it. I am frustrated with having to pay for the game three times now. We had to get rid of some items on the laptop, but not being able to access the game we already bought through the Xbox One console or my Microsoft account is disappointing. Any help in accessing the game or getting a refund would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
