Hello Mojang Support, I would like to address an issue I am experiencing with the Minecraft application on my Playstation 4. During gameplay, I encounter lag spikes, especially when interacting with chests where everything freezes, including the surrounding mobs, hindering my ability to manage my inventory. Additionally, blocks I destroy sometimes reappear and behave inconsistently. This problem arises when the auto-save icon appears, greatly impacting my enjoyment of Minecraft. I am seeking guidance on how to potentially disable auto-save or resolve this frustrating issue.

I've been playing Minecraft for a decade now. In January [redacted], I purchased a realm membership for myself and 10 friends. However, I canceled the subscription in May [redacted]. Despite canceling, I've been continuously charged for the realm that I no longer have access to. Whenever I try to log in, it says I'm no longer subscribed, yet I continue to be billed monthly. This has resulted in a loss of $[redacted] for a service I canceled in May [redacted]. I urge you to review my account transactions as there was no charge for that particular month. My account is under the email [redacted] and my in-game tag is Calling a bell.

I encountered an issue while purchasing Minecraft on the official Mojang site with my Microsoft account logged in. After clicking buy, a message stating "Error processing payment" appeared. Upon clicking "Ok," it led me to try purchasing it again. I discovered the transaction in my bank statement without receiving a purchase confirmation email, and the game did not activate in the launcher. I would appreciate a timely response. Thank you.

Hi there, I wanted to share my experience with a recent purchase I made on the lifeguard server. When making a purchase, there are two options available - one to buy directly with tokens and the other to pay an estimated amount of tokens based on the map you select. I opted for the latter and purchased the Original Block Challenge priced at [redacted] tokens. However, after buying [redacted] tokens and confirming the purchase, the map was not provided to me as expected.

Dear Support Team, I subscribed to Realms a few months back. Although the realm's status showed as expired, I assumed my subscription had ended. Surprisingly, I noticed continued charges on my card for October, November, and December. Despite checking, my account displays no active subscriptions, making the charges unjustified. I haven't been able to access the realm due to this issue. Kindly cancel this unwanted subscription and consider refunding the charge for December. I sporadically log in to Minecraft, but I haven't utilized the realm for months due to the confusion over my subscription status. I am from Chile and attempted to download the Minecraft game on my PC. I visited the website several times but encountered technical issues that prevented me from completing the download. Surprisingly, I discovered two charges on my account totaling 23,[redacted] Chilean pesos without receiving any confirmation email. I downloaded Minecraft from my Mojang account, which is where I have my game account. Lately, they asked me to transfer my account to Microsoft, but I forgot my password. Hello Mojang, I am trying to recover an old Minecraft account that I haven't used in many years. I am now on a new computer and I am unsure how to retrieve my old account since I can't remember my username and need to redownload the game. I purchased a Minecraft account from a friend for €20, and I enjoyed using it regularly. However, one day the password was changed without our knowledge or involvement. Despite trying various passwords, neither my friend nor I could access the account. I recently purchased Minecraft Java Edition, but when I log in to the launcher, it's connected to an Xbox account with an email I don't use. The game is linked to this unwanted email. I am trying to reinstall the Java edition of Minecraft, but each time I try to install it, I receive an error message. The error states "Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again." Additionally, it provides an error code: 0x803F8001. Despite not needing a Microsoft account previously for installation, I am now unable to proceed. None of the tutorials I've found have been able to help me. I would be grateful for any assistance you can offer.

Hello, I purchased the Minecraft Dungeons game today using my account. After buying it, we realized that we cannot change the gamertag. My son wants to play the game, not me. Is it possible to transfer the game to my son's account? Alternatively, can we cancel the purchase and buy the game again using my son's account? My son doesn't want to play with my gamertag, but the gamertag name cannot be changed since the character limit is 12, which is not enough for his name. How can we resolve this so that he can play the game with his preferred name? Hello, I'm Lily. My realm expired on June 5th, [redacted]. Yesterday, my mom and I tried to extend it but even after purchasing, it still showed expired. The order was pending, so we waited until the next day hoping it would be resolved, but it still showed expired. When we tried to buy it again, a message indicated there was already a pending order. Hello, I purchased Minecraft Java Edition using the account [redacted] I created a new account on Microsoft using that email to access Mojang and download the game. When creating the account, I had to choose a username, confirmed it, clicked on "redeem code" (as I bought Minecraft through the Instant Gaming website), and was able to download it. When trying to log back in with my account ([redacted]), I was treated as a new user and forced to choose another username because the one I had used five minutes ago was apparently taken. I selected a new username, but when logging into my Microsoft account, it doesn't show as purchased, instead, it suggests I buy Minecraft Java Edition again. In summary, after redeeming a code to download the game and successfully downloading it, Microsoft doesn't recognize that I redeemed it and won't let me play, only allowing the trial version. I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution to either fix the issue with my account or provide a new code. Thank you for your assistance.

I have tried to purchase Minecraft Java three times, twice yesterday and once today, but I haven't received the game on any of the three occasions. However, the cost was charged to my credit card each time. I encountered the error message "ERROR PROCESSING ORDER" in all three attempts. I'm reaching out to address an issue encountered while migrating my father's Mojang account to Microsoft. Yesterday, an error occurred when attempting to play modded Java Edition Minecraft with Forge 1.16.5. We suspected it was due to an outdated launcher, prompting us to transition the Mojang account to Microsoft and install the new launcher. However, upon logging in with Microsoft and Xbox (due to owning Minecraft on PC), the launcher displayed a "play the demo" option instead of "play." It requested us to purchase Minecraft Java Edition, despite our prior ownership. Following the migration to Microsoft, we are unable to access Minecraft, as the launcher behaves as if the game was never owned.
