While exploring Minecraft today, I came up with an exciting idea to enhance the game. I suggest adding real constellations to the night sky. Imagine being able to gaze at actual star patterns! To implement this, I propose crafting an astronomy book using glow squid ink and a new item called stardust, which could be found atop mountains. Stardust, glowing softly in a block format similar to a bone block, would be a crucial ingredient to make the Cartography of The Stars book. This book, along with a telescope, would allow players to explore constellations and planets in the game. I envision the astronomy book I crafted as Cartography of the Stars By: TheOtherLeaf (me). I purchased my second Minecraft account approximately one year ago after my previous one was hacked and could not be recovered despite my efforts. With the recent transition to Microsoft, I seem to have lost access to my account once again. When attempting to log in through Mojang, it indicates that the account has been converted to a Microsoft account. However, logging in with my Microsoft account displays my old username from the lost account but states that I do not own the Java version of Minecraft. I have even tried logging in with my dad's Microsoft account in case my new account was linked there, but to no avail. Unfortunately, I do not have a Microsoft account associated with the email used for the new Minecraft account as I had to create a new email address to establish a working account due to my main email being linked to the old one.

I have encountered an issue with a purchase I made for my cousin on December 8, [redacted], at 5:34 PM. She is a young girl and the problem is that she does not remember the email used for the purchase, although we do have the billing receipt. I would appreciate any help and assistance in resolving this matter. I am willing to provide photos if necessary, along with the credit card number and other details. Thank you. My main concern is whether Mojang, with proof of purchase of that account, could provide me with the account details. We have misplaced the email and password but I still have the payment information. I hope to resolve this with the help of a technician to retrieve the account information.

The issue arises when trying to play on the Nintendo Switch. My account in the marketplace indicates I am unable to access Minecraft servers, which was not a problem prior to acquiring the Java version. I also have a Nintendo Switch Minecraft card linked to the same email. Since acquiring the Java version with transaction ID: braintree:jgnbpwrg, I seem to have lost access to the PC bedrock account linked to transaction ID: braintree:38mt9d78, resulting in difficulties playing Minecraft on the Switch. Therefore, I am seeking a refund for the Java purchase, the restoration of my bedrock account for PC, and the resolution of these technical issues.

Recently, my Photoshop account got banned due to an incident I refer to as the "Photoshop ban." Somebody accessed my account, used foul language, and I suspect it was a visitor to my home. They were swearing while on my PC, resulting in my ban. My username is Rex[redacted]9, but the email associated with the account is not mine. I believe this visitor caused the ban, as I haven't had them at my house since this happened. I even asked them to leave because of this situation. I discovered the ban when I was about to play Treasure Wars Minigame on my Xbox, and it was distressing to see the ban notification. I hope to have the ban lifted soon as I had no part in the inappropriate behavior that led to it.

In [redacted], I had trouble contacting support after encountering issues with Minecraft. I downloaded Skinseed to customize my Minecraft skin, and I also got a free eco or futuristic city world from the Minecraft shop. However, when I logged back in, all my worlds were missing. I tried removing the downloaded skin, but that didn't help. I thought my worlds would return, but they didn't. I searched online for solutions but couldn't find the right one. I believe there might be software with my worlds saved, and I hope you can help me retrieve them. I've created a new world that I'd like to keep as well. Thank you for your assistance.

I am having trouble converting my account. I originally created my account with my mother, but she hasn't used the email address associated with it for years. Recently, I couldn't play Minecraft anymore until I converted my Mojang account to a Microsoft account. However, we forgot the password for that old email, which was different from the one I used to log into Minecraft. I logged into the Minecraft website using my Minecraft details and sent the code, but my mother hadn't checked her Gmail at that point. Eventually, after about 20 minutes, she got the code, but I was no longer on the Minecraft page where I was supposed to enter it. Since then, I have been trying repeatedly to log in to the Minecraft site and click on "Get Code," but I keep getting an error message telling me to contact support. I have now done that and described the issue as best as I could. I hope you can help me. PS: The email address sending this email is not the same as the one associated with the Minecraft account. Dear Mojang Studios, We are excited to share some ideas for the upcoming 1.20 update with you. One suggestion is a prehistoric biome featuring dinosaurs like T-rex, Diplodocus, and more. We propose adding an achievement called "Dino Hunters" for finding dinosaur bones. Additionally, we suggest the ability to tame pterodactyls and wooly mammoths, enabling players to fly the pterodactyls and earn the "Off You Go" achievement. For the Iceland biome, we recommend adding a yeti mob that can defeat players in full Netherite armor in one hit, with a spawn limit in hardcore mode. Furthermore, introducing new animals like penguins, seals, and killer whales could enhance gameplay, possibly leading to an achievement called "Huddle Up" for encountering many penguins. We understand the rarity of the prehistoric biome at 0.[redacted]% and appreciate that not all ideas may be implemented. We enjoy playing Minecraft daily and hope you consider our suggestions. I have an issue. In [redacted], I purchased Minecraft on Amazon from you and installed it on my son's PC. Now he has a new PC, and I can't find the software to install it on the new one. The second issue is that I accidentally bought Minecraft twice, and both copies are registered to my email. I tried to separate them, but it wasn't possible. When I try to install it on the PC, it attempts to transfer the second game from my other son's tablet. We need to figure out how to separate these. Ich habe einen neuen Realm gebucht und versehentlich einen zweiten hinzugefügt, da der neue Realm nicht der gewünschte war. Leider funktioniert die Übertragung der Daten nicht, daher möchte ich den Original-Realm erneuern. Hello, I haven't used my Minecraft account in almost 2 years. Upon attempting to log in, I discovered that my email had been changed without my permission. My friend and I have designed a new mob that we'd love to see added to the game. It's a chest mob that transforms from a regular chest to a creature resembling a warden with a chest body, Enderman and warden shaped head with an Enderman-like mouth, and crab-like legs. When this mob is spawned by opening the chest, it reveals an additional bat that inflicts -5 health and +2 slowness for five seconds when it hits you. When the mob is at half health, it summons Voidlings, mini versions of itself that deal -2 hearts of damage per hit. Upon defeat, the mob drops two slowness potions and unique ores. We believe this mob should only be available in hardcore and normal modes but not easy, and it should spawn near diamonds and villages to add challenge. Be prepared for a long, relentless battle if you encounter it. Your consideration of adding this to the game would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. 😊

I am unable to play Minecraft Bedrock despite having purchased Minecraft Java. When I try to install Minecraft Bedrock on Windows, I encounter an issue where clicking on the play button does not allow me to enter, and no files are installed after clicking. I am extremely frustrated and upset about a situation with my Minecraft account. I originally purchased the game 8 years ago, and for the past few months, I have been unable to access my original account. Despite many attempts, I cannot log in and have been forced to use a new account that I never intended to create. I have dedicated countless hours over the 8 years to building up my progress in the game, and now it feels pointless to start over from scratch. I am pleading for either the restoration of my original account or for all of my progress to be transferred to the new account. I do not have a transaction ID due to the account being created when I was young, and the necessary information is no longer available. When I attempt to log in, I am informed that the account has been migrated, but none of my progress has carried over. I want to emphasize that my original account appears completely empty, with none of my achievements or creations transferring to the new account. Hello! I'm currently using my alt account to request access to my main account, jwester01, which I lost access to about 1.5-2 years ago. The email associated with the account was [redacted], but it stopped working. I tried resetting the password through SMS, but the phone number linked to it also changed. Hello, I've contacted Mojang twice now (working on my third attempt) regarding my Minecraft account, which they claim is not linked to my email address. Despite providing all relevant information such as the email addresses I used, my registration address, PayPal Transaction ID and Receipt Number, registration date, and an old confirmation email from [redacted], they keep giving me generic responses and closing the ticket without addressing my concerns. They seem to ignore my input and only reply with automated messages, disregarding my request for alternative verification methods. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed?

A few months ago, my Microsoft account, linked to my Mojang profile under the email [redacted], was compromised by someone using the email @rambler.ru. I reported the breach to Microsoft support (report number [redacted]) but did not receive a satisfactory response. I had to create a new account under [redacted] with the Minecraft username Kolo_Kensei. The issue now is that my previous profile had a connected realm that is still active but no longer under my control. I am unable to access the account as it has been sold to someone named (Mr33…), and I cannot unlink my card from it. Consequently, I am charged 7.19 euros monthly. I would like to provide all necessary details to prove the card is mine and have it unlinked from the profile to stop this subscription that I can no longer use.

Hello, I am having an issue with my Mojang (Minecraft) account. I am able to access my Minecraft account using the Minecraft Microsoft Launcher as I am currently logged in. However, when trying to log in on other platforms like CurseForge for Minecraft, I am logged into the wrong Microsoft (Minecraft) account, prompting me to use my Mojang account details.
