Good evening.**I am the mother of a boy who has lost access to his Minecraft account. He has requested help and not received it though he has provided all the information he was able to provide (see closure notice below). He was then dismissed even though the email related to the request for help is clearly related to his account. This started when the Minecraft system tagged suspicious activity on his account when he tried to change his security questions.**I then told him to request that a supervisor or manager contact me if they require additional verification. Instead of honouring this request, the issue was closed. This is unkind and unacceptable!**Today, Sunday, November *, ****, during these times of extreme confinement and isolation, when socialization that is left to children is of the utmost importance, he was unable to play with his friends on Minecraft resulting in limited socialization for him.**He is clearly being ignored and shut down by someone on the Minecraft team. Waiving off a child who is asking for help with a socialization is unacceptable.**He received this account as a gift and has had it for quite a number of years. Please have a supervisor or manager contact me as soon as possible as I'm, at this point, appalled at how he has been treated after years of loyalty and product support, both given and garnered, for your products.**All we want, is for him to have access to his account once again so he can play with his friends.**Kind regards,*Kim
