locked out of my Hotmail(*****@***.com) account for ** days . I had access to my account one morning and then in the afternoon (********) I had to sign in and forgetting my password, I was given the only option to send a code to reset password to the phone number associated with the account which happened to be a landline phone, so they couldn't send a text. I finally filled out the "recovery form" even though the message said it would not work if *-step verification was on. My husband said he must have added the extra step for verification not knowing the consequences as I, myself, am not that computer savvy. After he got home from work, he tried unsuccessfully to recover it and also filled out a recovery form as a last resort. Consequently, after some more tinkering , we received a message that we were locked out for ** days. *Then today(********) I had to have password for FB account and the only option for code there was my email that I had no access to. Now I cannot access EITHER ONE!! PLEASE HELP IN ANY WAY YOU CAN! *Do NOT send to Hotmail address as we have NO access. Thank you.
