I am completely locked out of my account. I have changed my password. Used the codes sent a few times and the recovery form. I am completely locked out. And I can't speak to anyone to get unlocked out. Because in order to speak to someone I have to be in my account. This has been countless hours of trying and countless hours on phone trying to talk to someone and have gotten no where because I can't talk to someone without being in my account. Like it wont let me. And the prompts on the phone directs you to the website "help" links. I need help. I'm beyond crying at this point. My son got an xbox * days ago and he's been locked out since yesterday. Please someone call me at ***-***-****. thank you. Charity Fincher
