Help with my Microsoft - Tech Support issue

We have a hybrid environment of Workgroup and Windows AD systems. We have a Linux based BIND DNS. This is being used long before Windows AD. While using Windows AD environment we are able to query Linux DNS server for local name resolution.**This issue arises when we use policy in our Fortinet firewall for Windows AD's LDAP server as an authenticator. While using Windows AD environment we are not able to query Linux DNS server through a browser while from CMD it is working like a charm. The policy of Fortinet does not have any impact on workgroup machines. **Please suggest.**Regards*Rakesh Ranjan
