Subject: Assistance Needed with Account Recovery I need assistance in recovering my account, [redacted] I believe I created it several years ago as an additional account for work purposes, but I never used it to send or receive emails. Is there another way you can assist me in recovering access to this account? Thank you.

I recently purchased a pair of Bluetooth earbuds (Geekee G550) and successfully connected them to my Android phone and laptop. However, after the battery ran low and I charged them, they no longer connect to my laptop but still work on my phone. I've tried various solutions found online like resetting the laptop, updating Bluetooth drivers, and adjusting services, but the earbuds still won't connect to the laptop. Strangely, the laptop detects the device, pairs with it, but does not connect. This issue persists, and audio continues to play from the laptop speakers. Any assistance with this Windows 10 problem would be greatly appreciated.

My son signed up for the 3-month promotion for $1 on Xbox. Unfortunately, Microsoft proceeded to charge me for Xbox Live and additional items, totaling over a hundred dollars. Despite canceling the membership, my account is now inactive, and I have incurred unexpected charges on both my bank account and another credit card. Some of these charges are recurring. I am seeking a refund for all these charges, as I was not aware of the additional fees beyond the initial $1 payment. Thank you.

I purchased Sea of Thieves from the Microsoft Store to buy an in-game bird using ancient coins that are no longer earnable. When trying to purchase coins, two failed charges of $6.36 each occurred, and I did not receive any ancient coins. Additionally, the in-game shop cannot connect to the Microsoft Store. I need assistance. -Brett

I've been experiencing issues navigating to and from the home screen on my Xbox. Whenever I open or close an HDR app, there's a chance that my TV will display static. I can temporarily resolve this by briefly switching to my smart TV's home screen and then selecting the HDMI input for my Xbox again. I suspect this issue might be related to my TV, but I haven't been able to get support from the manufacturer, TLC, as they are unsure if the problem lies with the Xbox. Unfortunately, I don't have another HDR-compatible TV to test my Xbox on. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am Johnny Heller. I am facing challenges accessing my account. I am unable to provide a phone number for the verification code due to my disability, which prevents me from talking or using my hands to operate a phone. The provided phone number has a voice-operated answering machine that does not accept text messages. I rely on online communication or in-person interactions. Could you please send the unlock code to my backup email addresses that I use for password resets? Thank you, Johnny H

After I set up my new Apple iPad and downloaded Microsoft apps like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, I forgot to set a passcode. This led to the iPad being locked, requiring me to erase everything and start over. Consequently, I lost access to the Microsoft apps. I recall being informed that Microsoft comes with the iPad, and I received a one-month free trial before being asked to pay. I hope to secure my original download as I am contemplating returning the iPad. Thank you for your assistance, and I await your response regarding this matter.

I am having trouble accessing my account because I cannot remember my password. Every time I attempt to recover my account, I receive an email from Microsoft stating that the details I have provided are insufficient. I have filled out the recovery form over five times now, but I keep receiving the same email from Microsoft. Despite providing as much information as possible each time, I am still unable to recover my account. Please assist me as soon as possible!

Dear Team, The previous version of Office [redacted] on Windows supported both .xls and .xlsx extensions. Following an upgrade, .xlsx files are not working and displaying the error message: "The Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 provider is not registered on the local machine" across various environments like development, test, and production. The current Office [redacted] version requires the provider "Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0" to resolve this issue. We need guidance on how to add this provider to the current Office [redacted] version. Additional Details: - Operating System: Windows 10 - 64-bit - Application Type: Winforms application - Office Installed: Office [redacted] Pro - 64-bit Attempts to Resolve: 1. Hello team, I noticed that after the recent upgrade of Office [redacted], the .xlsx files are no longer supported in my Windows application. I keep encountering the error message "The Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 provider is not registered on the local machine" in all environments. To resolve this issue, I understand that the recent Office [redacted] version requires the provider to be changed to "Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0." I have tried different workarounds like compiling with different CPU settings and changing the provider version in the app.config file, but unfortunately, it did not work. I was locked out of my account with the email [redacted] around October [redacted]. It was hacked, and despite my attempts to change the password, I couldn't recover it. My account was stolen. The original name was CLutChGxD21, and the original email was [redacted] The person who took my account changed the email to Green up bby and now has an account called On D Block. I have been struggling to access my old Hotmail account, which has been transitioned into a Microsoft account. I spent three days with my brother and nephew during Christmas trying to recover it. It is crucial that I regain access as the account is 17 years old and contains important emails, including medical information related to my recent heart bypass surgery. Additionally, I use it to communicate with my grandson and his school since my son passed away. Employers also reach out to me through this email. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. - Peter Pandaal [redacted]

I received a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft at [redacted] stating my Microsoft software was compromised. They showed me multiple events on my system and made changes remotely. They later called back as Radiant Outsource. I am concerned as I need my computer for school starting soon. Are Norton and Microsoft affiliated in fixing such issues? I already have Malwarebytes installed. They offered a safeguard for 39.95 for 3, 5, or lifetime years. I declined due to payment concerns. Can you confirm if my computer is safe to use? Thank you, Don G.

My account was hacked by someone named Mateo Guerrero with their location set to Colombia, while I live in New York. I used my father's old email address, [redacted], which was compromised. I managed to regain access by providing relevant information, but I can't use my Xbox/Microsoft account until the 30-day wait to update security information is over. Mateo Guerrero is still active on the account and prevents changing any information.

Hello, my name is Retta, and I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my Surface Book 1. Recently, I've noticed a slight yellowing on the left side of the screen, possibly due to heat or battery expansion. Additionally, my screen is starting to bulge, affecting the touch sensitivity intermittently. Previously, I faced keyboard problems where certain keys stopped working, leading me to use an external USB keyboard. Despite seeking help at a Microsoft store, they were unable to resolve the keyboard issue. I've owned this device for three years, and considering the cost, I hoped for better longevity, especially as it is crucial for my work. Although out of warranty, I'm seeking assistance for these hardware-related problems. I believe these issues are not caused by user mishandling and shouldn't result in costly replacements. Attached is a photo of the screen for reference, along with links to similar cases online. Any guidance on resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Microsoft account under the email address [redacted] I originally had a permanent Home and School [redacted] license on my old computer. Recently, I purchased a new computer and a permanent Home and School [redacted] license. When setting up the new computer, I mistakenly transferred the [redacted] license over. I then tried to switch the licenses, which resulted in the [redacted] license being installed on the new computer and also updating the old computer to [redacted]. I intended to keep [redacted] on the original computer as well. Now, the old computer is trying to use the [redacted] license, but I would like to revert it back to [redacted] and ensure the correct license is on the new computer. I apologize for the lengthy explanation but I wanted to clarify the issue. Thank you, Gemma.

I have a case number: [redacted][redacted]. I've tried responding to your email, but I keep getting a MAILER-Daemon failure notice when I reply. We switched from ATT in Fresno, CA to Medford, Oregon in August, so we no longer have ATT as our internet provider. I'm unable to access my Microsoft Office that was renewed for $99.99, as it was sent to my old ATT email address. I want to install Office on my new system in Medford and ensure the renewal starts at the correct time. I've paid for it but can't use it, and need help changing my email address and resetting the password. My new email is [redacted] I urgently need to speak with a live person due to the poor customer service experience.

I went online to connect with Skype. I allowed the Microsoft support agent to access my device remotely. During the session, she repeatedly had me change my password, claiming it was necessary for an account recovery. After a while, she abruptly stated that my phone was not compatible with Skype and disconnected without resolving the issue. Subsequently, I spoke with a representative named Zeehan, who seemed disoriented and talked about unrelated personal matters before struggling to assist me remotely. Despite spending over an hour on the phone, my account is now inaccessible due to the mishandling by these representatives. This experience has caused me to lose a job, and I am frustrated by the lack of assistance I have received.
