I recently traveled to Istanbul about 13-14 days ago when my Hotmail account was hacked. I am a lawyer and the email contains very important documents. It's an old email (18-20 years) and I am having trouble remembering some security questions. The majority of the emails I receive pertain to documents, with many subjects being empty or about documents. I am able to provide all the emails sent from my clients, as well as those from my secretary.

I am trying to regain access to my email, [redacted], which I created on September 3, [redacted]. Last week, I started receiving prompts to log in again, but when I tried, it said my password was incorrect. Despite filling out the recovery form, it claims I haven't provided enough information to verify my ownership. I haven't sent any emails from this account, but I did use it to purchase clothes for my daughter on oldnavy.gap.com. I received order confirmation and delivery emails from them. This has happened before with another email account, but I successfully recovered it.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Hotmail account on my new device. On my old phone, I am automatically logged in, but despite numerous attempts to reset my password over the past week, I have been unsuccessful. I am feeling frustrated as I have encountered this issue before. It is crucial for me to use my Hotmail account on my new device to sync all my contacts, as currently, I only have phone numbers without any names. I can't access my account as it's not recognizing my correct email or password. It was fine for a day after installing Office Pro [redacted] on my Windows 10 laptop, but now it's locked. I am trying to locate my previous Xbox profile named PlunderForce98. Unfortunately, I cannot recall which email address I used or the password. I attempted to fill out an online form for support but was unsuccessful due to insufficient information. I am looking to retrieve all the lost data associated with this profile. Hello, I already have an account. I tried to create a new separate account for volunteer work contacts. Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am Vaishnav, a user of Microsoft Windows Home Version 10. I am experiencing an issue with my Windows OS on my PC where all Microsoft Store apps open and crash instantly. Even the Microsoft Store, along with other apps like Mail, Calculator, Photos, Movies, and Camera, is not functioning. I reached out to the Microsoft technical support team on 24-9-19. The first technician remotely accessed my PC and spent 1 hour and 15 minutes on the process. The second technician, after 10 minutes of attentive conversation, spent 20 minutes idle before restarting my PC abruptly, disconnecting us. The third technician attempted to solve the issue for an hour without success, only to suggest I reinstall Windows 10. After more than 3 hours of troubleshooting, the issue remains unresolved. I recently got a new Asus laptop and encountered issues with my Telus email not loading correctly on Outlook. While troubleshooting with a Telus technician, we couldn't load contacts in Outlook, but they appeared in another Mail app on the laptop. Despite following the steps, the Telus email in Outlook still cannot send mail. I also use Sage accounting, which typically sends invoices via email. Although Sage confirms the emails have been sent successfully, my clients have not received them, and the emails are not visible in the Outbox for the Telus mail program on Outlook or the other Mail app. It seems there might be a compatibility issue between Outlook, Telus email, and Sage accounting causing this problem.

I am working on creating a UWP app using the Desktop App Converter. I am currently using Build [redacted] of Windows, but the base image available is for Build [redacted]. I have searched online but cannot find a suitable base image for my Windows version. Should I wait for a new build on the Release Preview Ring or is it not possible to build new apps with the Desktop App Converter until Windows 10 20H1 is officially released?

I find that too much personal data is required to be accurate. As the owner of the following emails: [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], each request for information demands excessive details like my birthdate, last 4 digits of my Social Security number, and the name of my deceased pet. I respond with (02/23/[redacted]), ([redacted]), and (misty) accordingly. The complexity of these questions is burdensome for me, especially since my memory is not as sharp as it once was. Please consider simplifying the verification process to help users like me respond promptly to important emails. Kindly streamline the process for urgent needs. Thank you. I am seeking assistance with adjusting the display brightness slider in the Windows 10 operating system running on Apple Bootcamp. I moved the display brightness slider to the lowest setting, and now I am unable to increase the brightness. Typically, one might suggest using the brightness button on the keyboard, but my Bootcamp Windows is on a MacBook Pro 15 inch with a Touch Bar instead of buttons, which Windows does not support. Consequently, when I boot into Windows on my Mac, all I see is a black screen. The system is prompting me for input, but due to the black screen, I cannot adjust the display brightness. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered an issue while trying to update my phone number on my account. The system prompted me to verify my identity on my old phone which I no longer possess, leaving me unable to proceed. Despite this, I attempted an alternative verification method, which allowed me to input my new phone number. Strangely, the system indicated that I made a request that I did not initiate. I use Mindspring (EarthLink) for my email in Outlook. Lately, I have been experiencing issues with Outlook. While I can access some subfolders under Inbox, I cannot access the Inbox itself. Additionally, I am unable to send or receive messages through Outlook, but I can do so via EarthLink webmail. Recently, I received a notification on my Windows 10 PC regarding Norton Safe Web launching at startup and running in the background. Could this be causing a conflict with my Outlook email?

My son has an Xbox One S and created a second account, wanting to delete the first one that contains all his downloads and credits. Unfortunately, we are unable to recover the first account because his dad set it up with an old email that he no longer has access to.
