We have been repeatedly receiving charges linked to a Microsoft account that does not belong to us. Mysteriously, there are Xbox purchases being made under my wife's name. Unfortunately, we do not possess an account with Microsoft, making it challenging to reach out directly to resolve this issue as the required account number is unavailable. The charges are appearing on our Capital One credit card, and the situation is exacerbated by the fact that new cards we receive are being used for charges prior to our activation.

It would be much quicker if I could speak with a human instead of playing phone tag for hours and answering numerous questions. I am unable to access my Hotmail account as it keeps prompting me to fix the account and change my password repeatedly. Despite changing my password five or six times, the issue persists. I am using a Chromebook.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my outlook.com email account due to inadvertently altering my security information while trying to resolve another issue. Lacking a cell phone, I have been inconveniencing my friends to use theirs, but even after receiving and entering a code, I remain unable to open my account. Despite attempting multiple times to receive a code, I have not been successful. I completed a security questionnaire through a support link provided but to no avail. Changing my password did not solve the problem either. My reliance on my friends for their phones has resulted in frustration for all involved. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account. I do not own a phone, explaining why I have been relying on my friends for help. None of my security information has been compromised. I mention my disability as I am anticipating important medical confirmations to be sent to my email at [redacted] Thank you.

I have a Hotmail account, but when I log in, it redirects me to "Outlook." I am receiving my emails fine, but I keep receiving prompts to get Office [redacted]. The PC I use has Office [redacted] under the owner's name, which I share for email purposes. Do I need multiple Office [redacted] subscriptions on this PC? Additionally, I am encountering issues with blocking spam messages. The block function no longer works, and I have to mark emails as phishing, but they keep coming through. As a road salesman, I lack the time to sift through these messages to distinguish legitimate ones. If these issues persist, I may consider switching to a different email provider. - D.L. Howard

The spacebar on my Surface Pro 4 Tablet keyboard (Type Cover), bought from Scan Computers in Malta 3 years ago, is not working properly. The repair department at Scan Computers told me it cannot be fixed. After testing with another keyboard, we confirmed the issue is with the keyboard, not the tablet. Is there a solution available since the keyboard was quite pricey? Thank you.

Last night, I added a second Xbox 1X to my account alongside my existing Xbox 1S. I attempted to use the same email address and password for the new Xbox, assuming they could be shared. However, after inputting the email address, I was repeatedly prompted to "Fix on the web" and re-enter my password. Despite changing my password multiple times, the issue persisted. It's frustrating that I can't seem to use the same email and password for both devices. I'm looking for assistance to understand why I can't sign in on the second Xbox I set up.

I recently had a master reset on my iPhone and iPad, and now I am unable to reset the password for my Hotmail account. No matter what I try, the reset options do not work for me. I urgently need to regain access to my Hotmail address. When I receive the code for verification, it doesn't seem to work. The security questions asked during the process are unfamiliar to me. Due to security concerns, I had to switch from using Gmail to iCloud on my Apple device. The Hotmail address I am trying to recover is [redacted]

I am trying to access my account [redacted] Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number ending in [redacted] that I used when creating the account while I was in Sweden. The account does not use my real name or birthdate. The account name is THE GAMER with a profile featuring a big yellow smiley face and an explosion in the background. I need to recover this account as I am unable to log in to Steam, Battle.net, Minecraft, Epic Games, League of Legends, and more. I have changed the password multiple times, from kingoflajerfox98 to kingoffox98. I cannot recall my birthdate as I chose it randomly. This account has purchased games like Terraria, Spore, GTA V, Overwatch, and CS Go Global. I also remember contacting Blizzard support for a refund on World of Warcraft, and the reply was sent to [redacted] Please assist me in recovering my main account.

Hello, I'm looking to regain access to my Microsoft account, [redacted] I no longer use the phone number [redacted] and have changed my password a couple of times. The previous password was "kingoflajerfox98" and the current one is "kingoffox98," I do not have my real name or birth date on the account. The account name is THE GAMER with a profile picture of a smiley face with an explosion in the background. I don't recall the birth date as I entered a random one, but within this account, I have linked my Steam, Discord, Rockstar Games, Twitch.tv, Battle.net, Minecraft, Epic Games, Origin, Runescape, League of Legends, and more. I made purchases such as GTA V, Spore, Terraria, CS Go Global, Day Z, and more on this account. I reached out to Blizzard support for a refund on World of Warcraft as I accidentally bought two. Also, I received a gift on Steam for ARK Survival Evolved. On Battle.net I purchased World of Warcraft, and a bomber jacket around 3 years ago. Kindly assist me in recovering my main account, [redacted]

Hello, my name is Ornella Forestieri, and I am currently on vacation in Spain. I keep receiving the following message and it's causing a disruption: "Microsoft account Security info replacement Someone started a process to replace all of the security info for the Microsoft account [redacted] If this was you, you can safely ignore this email. Your security info will be replaced with [redacted] when the 30-day waiting period is up. If this wasn't you, someone else might be trying to take over [redacted] Click here and we'll help you protect this account." I am the one using the account on a Samsung phone and an iPad. By blocking and delaying access, it's causing chaos during my vacation. Please stop blocking or delaying my emails. I suspect this may have prevented some tickets I purchased from being delivered to my email. Kindly refrain from requesting verification repeatedly.

I am experiencing significant issues with Windows 10 updates on my relatively new computer. Each update drastically slows down my PC and disables my ability to print, which is critical for my small home business. This is happening today, causing me to lose valuable time while I am ill and have orders to ship. I have attempted to disable all update services on my computer, but the updates persist. I urgently need a permanent solution to turn off these updates. The constant interruptions are affecting my work and costing me both time and money. I require clear and straightforward instructions on how to stop these updates permanently. Please provide a solution promptly to prevent further disruptions. Thank you, J. Kropf

I recently purchased a new HP computer, intending to transfer files from my existing less than one year old HP computer. Both are running Windows 10. I have two msn email addresses; however, one of them is old and deactivated due to inactivity. The issue arises with the 2-step verification on my current computer, as it leads me to the old email address for verification. I need assistance removing the 2-step verification or reactivating the old email promptly. The situation is becoming quite frustrating, especially considering my long history of using msn. I have attempted to contact tech support, but was directed to either make a purchase or seek online support, which unfortunately did not provide a solution. Your urgent help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Our family's email account, [redacted], has been blocked, and we have been attempting to unblock it for the past three days without success. Unfortunately, we are unable to access the account to provide the last emails sent. We have shared the password that has been in use since the account was created in [redacted] by my husband, as well as his birthdate. Additionally, we have provided the answer to the security question regarding the name of our first pet, the Xbox [redacted] serial number, and my children's gamertag. Although we can access the emails we have received, we are uncertain about what steps to take next. Despite numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach a real person for assistance over the phone, we have not been able to resolve this issue.

Hello, I encountered an issue with my Hotmail account about a week ago. When attempting to log in, I kept receiving a notification about "unusual sign-in activity." This occurred because I was accessing my Hotmail account from my phone and two other laptops. To overcome a printing problem on my laptop, I used to email important documents to myself and then access them on a different computer. Consequently, Microsoft flagged this as unusual behavior when I started using an iMac to print those documents. I filled out the verification form last night around 8:40 PM but have not received any response yet. It is crucial for me to regain access to my Hotmail account as it contains essential emails, including my acceptance letter from the American University of Beirut received on August 23. These emails are of significant importance to me, and I am willing to provide any necessary information to recover my account. Thank you for your assistance.

I am currently running Windows 7 64-bit on a Dell Optiplex [redacted] desktop. Recently, I discovered that my computer had been hacked, resulting in my email account being compromised and my library contents being deleted. This led to the loss of important documents and downloads that are crucial to me. I contacted Yahoo to resolve the email issue, and they were able to help me retrieve my account. Subsequently, I attempted to reload my Canon camera (SX500 IS) onto my computer but faced challenges. After discussing the matter with Microsoft support, I was redirected to Technical Support for assistance. Canon suggested that the issue might be related to my system and recommended a download link, advising me to disable the firewall during the process. However, I encountered difficulties with the firewall settings on my machine and was unable to proceed as instructed. I was in touch with a Microsoft representative named Ricky, who mentioned the possibility of another program mistakenly deactivating the firewall. He offered to remotely access my computer to address the issue, which I agreed to. However, there seems to have been a misunderstanding during our conversation, as it appeared that I disagreed with the remote access process, which was not the case. I kindly request your help in resolving this matter promptly.

I have been using Outlook since it was called Hotmail. I initially signed up for MSN Messenger in around [redacted] using this email address. Nowadays, I rely on this email to automatically log into my social media profiles. However, I'm facing issues accessing my accounts due to forgotten password. It appears that my Hotmail email has either been taken over by someone else or repurposed because when I try to recover it, a different email is being shown. I would like to know how to regain access to my original Hotmail account to continue using my social media accounts smoothly.

My Microsoft Surface Pen recently stopped working. Initially, I suspected the battery might be the issue, but even after changing it, the pen continued to malfunction. Next, I considered that the tip could be worn out, so I replaced it, but the pen remains unresponsive. Thankfully, my Surface is still under warranty. It would be greatly appreciated if a replacement or a new pen could be sent to me. I am happy to return the faulty pen if needed. Thank you.
