I have received a strange notification that made me think it is a SPAM and can not be from the Microsoft technical team. The message more or less said: "we suppose that your account password has been changed and therefore we would like you to fix this issue and profit of sharing the experience of our support teams.*In my opinion: a) it is unbelievable that Microsoft ignore if my password has been rightly changed. b) If it was me the one having made the change Microsoft notification would have said - you dont have to worry ignore this issue. c) if it was not me I would have not be invited to join a team to share experience for changing the password. d) Last but not least, I am not a "PASSWORD MANIAC". I dont believe, Like Microsoft, that changing a password will make accounts safer. When Microsoft notified customers that we were allowed to keep our password for ** days, that made me happy. However in the Microsoft Terminology, all accounts belonging to the Microsoft Family, like, Outlook, and Hotmail, and others, are Microsoft accounts, as a consequence after a change of a password, I end by not knowing if the new password was for my Microsoft Account or for Hotmail or Outlook.com. As a result when trying to log in to one of those three applications, I can be wrong and I pay for it by having to go through the awful path of the CAPTCHA, or of receiving a CODE via a phone, before I have the time to clean the messages box of the phone. I am sorry to have taking so long to describe my Via Crucis and I think that we have no possibilities to change this situation, and having no other choice, I have to learn to live with it .
