Our desktop PC went funky this a.m. - had to reinstall Windows *. Have Office Professional Plus **** on the PC. But when we try to re-establish our Office Outlook to obtain our e-mail, we first get the error box "The connection to MicroSoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action." We click on "ok" then another Microsoft Exchange box comes up labeled "General" asking for our Microsoft Server and Mailbox. We are not sure what to put in those boxes -- we know what the numerical server address is -- is that what should be entered? What should the mailbox address be? **If we "x" out of there, then a new MicroSoft Outlook error message comes up "Cannot open up your default email folders and that our "C" file is not an Outlook data file (.ost).**The only tab in the upper left is "File" but we cannot access it to set up the email account again.
