I am locked out of my microsoft account due to too many failed password attempts. I have tried password recovery and after * days have received an email marked FINAL stating I need to get a new account. All my purchases are tied to my original account. I have many xbox purchases, as uve had that account for over ** years. My xbox live subscription just renewed in september, I even have the receipt I can provide and will provide any other information microsoft needs. I dont know why the online reset isnt working, as I've provided my xbox serial number and the last * of the card I believe is linked to my account for renewal. I'm unable to sign into my xbox live to be sure of the account but did find the receipt and verified the fee withdrawl in my checking. At this point microsoft isnt happy with me because I have gotten very angry over their inability to help me unlock my account as it is also tied to my home work computer which I am now locked out of. I took my computer to geek squad so the can get me past the log in so I can complete my work project so am much calmer now but still need to unlock my account or transfer purchases and gamer tag to my new account. Is there an email that I can send verification....photo I'd, birth certificate, card photo, or microsoft purchase receipt to? I'm desperate, I do not want to lose all my purchases
