I tried to log into my Hotmail account and got a message that someone else was using it, so I am unable to access it by resetting a new password? My mobile number is correct but not receiving code until hours later so something tech. slow or wrong with my phone. So I give my other e-mail for the code. The form wants last e-mails I sent and the precise subject heading. I don't send frequent e-mails from Hotmail but recently to one friend. Entered last three e-mails sent to her of which she gave me the exact subject lines and I answered the security question but unsure which of two or three answers I submitted years ago! Still not enough info to verify me to get back into my account. I need some of my e-mails to go back to, I will lose all of them if I can't get into them. I kept getting messages from Argos about reservations at various stores in London I didn't make? I deleted some and e-mailed Argos to stop these but no reply and more of these. Unsure if I blocked them-but can't have because whoever is reserving with Argos with my account must be the culprit who has jeopardised my account. So annoyed about this! I want my Hotmail account back. Sent an e-mail from my other one to myself and it got sent so my Hotmail account must be still open and my contacts still e-mailing to it that I can't see or read. How is it that when I sent my e-mail it didn't say blocked then?
