Please hear me....I have a lot to say....I am a very disgruntled customer....on Saturday, ******, after I booted my Dell (Inspiron), there were many issues that I found..... one has been resolved via remote access....but the other major issue remains, that being....my system is extremely slow....it has taken me ** mins to get this far in this Email....both Edge and Google Chrome are running at a snail's pace....this was not the case before Saturday....the technician, named Yash said, 'I'm so sorry Mr. Binns, I will have my supervisor call you within ** minutes....no call back....so I called again, with the same results....So I called yet again on Monday and Baltreen raised my case to Level II and gave me a case number....the Level II tech called me at precisely **A....that gave me hope of help....however, through remote access, he solved only one issue....I still had the issue of extremely slow browsers....in addition.....the tech informed me that I could resolve another problem myself.....he said he would send an Email with step by step instructions on how to do so....it has been well over ** hrs and still no email....another problem I have is having to go through a 'third party' to contact you guys....to me, that is a bad business practice....having someone other than people affiliated with Microsoft screen Emails....This Email will probably not get read by anyone affiliated with Microsoft....I will probably have to waste more phone minutes again, and get the runaround.....my whole experience with you guys has been very disappointing, to say the least....I at least, hope this Email gets read and I receive an explanation or help with my issue....name: Milton Binns....I reside at *** Charleston St. SE, Apt: D.
