If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

Sir,**Allow me to bring this up yet again. Unauthorized credit card charges has caused enough disturbance to me. I took my issue up to get fixed @ customer care weeks ago. Microsoft team did block my card but as yet my concern is not addressed. Also, team support established that I didn't authorize the charges.**I want refunds for the fraudulent transactions done. It is on the company to protect registered accounts and avoid causing financial damages.**Please take note the fraudulent transactions mentioned -***.** (March *, ****) : Microsoft X Box Game PA MS BILL.
