Just getting the run around from your customer service department. This transaction occurred in Nov ** and as of today PayPale says it’s Michael Kors responsibility to refund my money. Note, your office informed me in December that a check would be mailed to me, however, I am still awaiting may refund. Appreciate if you could check the file prior to just sending out a boiler plate response. See below details. Help.
