The issue we had is when my husband got this account he got the number that somebody still apparently uses for Facebook Google everything no longer had that number but my husband got the number and this gentleman that used to have the number is hacked into all of our stuff the problem we're having doesn't matter how many times he changed my husband's number this gentleman still has access cuz everything still goes to my email which is the gentleman has access to my husband's email now it's hurting it it's hurting our personal life financially hurting his business he's losing customers because of the continuous number changes because of this problem and as we're asking us to have our phone bill paid and we'll go after him through the police cuz I have more I have information on his name and that he's in the same town we live in so if you can take care of our phone bill this month we will my husband said he'll stay with the company if not to make us happy customers he will go to another company if someone don't call me back I'm going to I'm going to add possibly think about getting an attorney
