I purchased a s moto the next I called yucca metro pcs to return it for refund. I was told if I used the phone more than * hour. ONE HOUR!!!! What about ** days or even * week but one hour he said I cannot get my money back. Well that policy lost my loyalty as a customer you stink. I want a refund immediately or I'm helping this disgusting policy today. I want you to cancel my auto withdrawal on auto pay CANCEL AUTOPAY. IMEDIATLY! You will never get another penny from me and I will relay my exp to family . E mail me at *****@***.com to give me details on how I can receive a full refund. Thank for ****** service I'm told I choose my suffering well if that's the case you have caused me an abundance of it but it's not your fault right I'm in charge of myself. Why do I have to make efforts to let disgusting policies like this go unchecked so I don't suffer let it go. You will continue gouging price gouging and there's no sign saying return before an hour of use or no refund. The sales rep didn't say anything about *hour policy. Better business bureau is on my speed dial. I'm posting on twitter my disgusting exp. Go broke lose customers and a bad reputation are the results of treating paying customers like money milking machines for your profit and customers losses. Phoey on you.
