I got screwed out of a $** the SIMS card and my account is still overdrawn refund my whole money my receipt said ** dollars and the notification on my phone from my debit card said $** so I went into the negatives

I just started a line today and was told would only cost **$ and the receipt I have says **$ even but yet I got a notification from the bank that my account is now negative **$ because it said thanks for your **$ payment and that was not aggread upon so what can I do to get the **$ back to my account or just refund me all together because I had my own phone already*My name is Shannon please tell me something asap thank you
Cuz that's all the money we had and it took it but it's in the negative and will not refund the cash even though I was a debit card they took the SIMS card and only gave me $** back on the card and I'm still I am in the negatives
I would like my full refund back or free month of service I mean I'll be really happy with the refund back because the way the attitude of the owner and the other employees were towards us may not be worth giving metro or money but we know a lot of people that use this service and the right many complaints
I would have been a great customer because this Friday we would have got two or three more lines where am I boyfriend and the kids but now I'm second-guessing
yes customer service told us to go to the store we went to the store store said they ain't doing nothing because customer service will be at the store customer service going to put money back on the card which was only $** there wasn't a ** that was taken from the card but $** receipt they gave us does not add up at all and I said customer service said that I paid with cash I didn't pay with the card so we should have got cash back in the way it was a debit card or cash me and I was calling us like we was lying or we was stupid
