We have been with Metro PCS for a few years. My husband's phone (LG Aristo) got broken at work.. he was eligible for an upgrade so he got a piece of cheap Motorola phone which he paid like $** for & we also have * lines with you..long story short: he's not happy with the new phone & wants to just switch it out for another Aristo, I mean that's a downgrade! It's been less than a week that he's had it, It's in perfect condition, it's just really basic & he doesn't like it. They won't do anything to help him at the location we deal with, they say he's stuck with it & has to buy something else, needless to say he didn't like that & wants to know how he can at least get his money back. Could we get some support on this, he's ready to take our * lines elsewhere. I would appreciate some feedback, thanks. *Sherri Callahan**** *** ****
