Yes I bought four phone's in June**** four lines for a hundred a month . We had to moved that same month had no choice. Where we moved to our phones didn't work period. I paid a hundred dollars a month for two month and none of us had any phone service. I ask the Metro store and they did a tower check. Still we had no phone. They told me it might be best to switch Carrier's. We did. Then we were told Metro would not unlock our phones. I paid for these phone and I need mine bad. I have kids in school I love Metro and very well may switch back to you guys soon as we can get moved. I told alot of friends how good Metro is. My only problem is I need to use my phone. The phone I have from the other carrier Isn't like my phone I bought from you. Is there anyway I can please get my Alcatel A** fierce unlocked so I can use it please. My IMEI * *************** I would be forever thankful. Look forward to using y'all again soon and so sorry we had to switch Carrier's temporary, but school had to have a working phone in case of emergency.
