Good evening, My name is Tyrone Johnson. I purchased a new ALC ****w Alcatel * ** G . I was told by Janette @ cell touch nc, **** N Church St. If I up graded my old phone and get an eligible unlimited plan that the phone would cost $**.** . So I purchased it when I returned home I thought the money that I paid was the plan rate plus the phone an device change, plus activation. I turned out to be a nightmare the next day my service was not on and I ended up paying ***.** for the phone and a ** dollar device change. I called customer service today and it was explained to me I was missing informed and that to get that discount I had to be a new customer from another carrier. I think that I was totally duped and taken advantage of. I could have easily switched carrier and received a new phone and paid more than ** dollars. I believe that act was totally decieving. My family have a total of * accounts with your company. So I ended of paying at total of ***.** plus ** extra dollars to have my phone turned back on today.. I f I can not get any satisfaction my family will be switching to a new carrier.. Thanks Tyrone Johnson I paid a total or ***.**..
